| Abstract |
Polypropylene is a polymer commonly used in rigid packaging. Borealis is one of the major suppliers of polypropylene in Europe and has a long history and commitment to the development of polypropylene. The semicrystalline polymer polypropylene has over the years gained a strong position also for transparent rigid packaging. Borpact combines the transparency of a polypropylene random copolymer with the impact of a heterophasic copolymer, to the unique combination of a high impact and transparent polypropylene solution. These new products will be introduced under the trade name Borpact. |
