• Her position is Principal Researcher and she will report to Thor Kamfjord, Business Area manager of Plastic Solutions.
• Heidi is 44 years old and is graduated MSc from NTNU in organic and polymer chemistry and industrial toxicology.
• She has broad experience in material technology, production and production management.

Her industrial background is:

• 3 years at REC Scanwafer as Senior Technologist.
• 6 years at Borealis as project manager, innovation coach, product developer and process engineer. She worked mainly on PP, moulding applications and was for a period laboratory manager in Sweden.
• 8 years at Norsk Hydro as senior researcher and project leader with focus on material development and polymers for both onshore and offshore technical installations. Heidi was also involved in failure analysis, maintainance projects and as a group leader.
• 3 years at Jotun Polymer as product developer in thermosets and group leader in the laboratory.

Heidi will mainly work as project manager as well as project development with our clients.
