Thermoforming is one of the key processing techniques for plastics and used for many industries including packaging, medical, automotive and sport/leisure. We recently installed a new thermoforming unit from Formech Inc in the processing pilot centre at Norner and are now ready for customers who need prototyping or product testing based in thermoforming.

Within our polymer processing and extrusion pilot centre we carry out a broad range of specific methods and procedures for making product prototypes of various plastic materials. Our capabilities cover the whole value chain and includes polymer formulation developments, product development and testing as well as plastic material recycling. 

Our technology centre cover most key processing technologies like compounding, extrusion and injection moulding. These lines have facilitated developments and inventions for our clients.
